thank you for your answer again . i'm from turkey and i want add more translations but turkish alphabet has more letters : ğ ,ü,ç ,ı ..... can visopsys show turkish letters?

i'm looking source files of visopsys. but i didn't understand *.pot files. what is pot files?

i'm installing cygwin now.setup asked me ,which you want to install packages. But i dont know. so i'm installing all packages it will take a long time. when i finish setup , i'll write here.
