Can I ask for one more thing? Can you show me what BIOS settings are under "PCI IRQ Assignment"?

It's the IRQ number that seems to be "missing" from your IDE controller's PCI header.

Thanks again, Larry.

I need to have a think about this one :geek:. Your IDE controller isn't listed as one of the PCI devices, even though it shows up on the PCI bus (and Visopsys expects it to have a PCI interrupt). The right solution might be to use the 'default' legacy IRQs in such a case; let me play around with it, and I'll get back to ya! :ugeek:

(the other option would be for Visopsys to do its own PCI IRQ routing - but that's normally something that's taken care of by the BIOS)
