There is an example network card driver that works with the virtual hardware in VMware (src/kernel/kernelLanceDriver.*), though the higher levels of the network stack are unfinished right now. I believe UDP works relatively well, but there's no TCP implementation yet
Finishing the network stack is on my agenda, but I was planning for it to be a bit further down the road.
We can port any browsers but if we use , it will create security vulnerabilities... Maybe we can create virtual machine inside of Visopsys.. So we can load them inside of that.. It can be useful like a using Wine on linux (I don't many things about Wine but probably it does same thing Creates virtual HDD and loads apps & programs inside of that)

Perhaps - I haven't investigated that, personally. I know that in the past, people in OS dev circles frequently talked about it, but I'm not sure I've seen too many success stories. I might not have been paying close enough attention, though.
